When using our services you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Proof of Authorization & Legal Compliance

Proof of ownership: Locksmiths are legally obligated to ensure they are not assisting in illegal activities such as break-in or theft. The locksmith will typically ask for a valid ID and proof of ownership to property or vehicle prior to completion of service. Proof may be a valid driver's license, utility bill, lease, or vehicle title.

Customer responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting locksmith services and for ensuring you have the legal right to access a property or vehicle.
Service Fees & Payment

Quotes & Rates: Locksmiths may provide a price range estimate for services, with the final bill potentially adjusted based on actual time spent or services performed.

Payment: Payment is typically due upon completion of services. Payment is due before service for emergency home & auto lockouts.
Cancellation of Service Call

Cancellation fees: There may be no fee for timely cancellations. If a locksmith is en route and your issue is resolved, a $60 service call fee may still apply.

Service availability: Locksmith services and availability may vary based on location and demand.
Warranties & Liabilities - Refund Policy

Limited warranties: For up to 6-months after service completion, warranty will cover the locksmith service work and any hardware used such as auto and home keys, doorknobs, remote keys, and fobs. Must have invoice receipt to redeem warranty.

Customer-supplied parts: Locksmith is not liable for issues or malfunctions arising from customer provided locks, keys or any other parts.

Pre-existing conditions: Locksmith is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects in vehicle or property that were not caused by services.

Policy: Completed, customer-approved services are non-refundable. You may request corrective work or a refund for issues related to defects or workmanship.

Defects in Service and Poor Workmanship: If the service provided was not completed properly or if there is a defect in the workmanship you may request corrective work or a refund within 7 days of completed service. Please present invoice for refund.

Customer Dissatisfaction: Please reach out to us at 719-301-9902 if you are dissatisfied with our services. We will resolve your issue with corrective work or part replacement.
